Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you book a workshop with The Career Buddha on thecareerbuddha.com. The workshop is run by SCHOPFER RETAIL (“The Career Buddha”, “we”, “us”). By paying for a seat, you agree to them.

The workshop

  • A 4-hour live online workshop on what e-commerce jobs really involve, run by the EcomBuddha team. You need a stable internet connection and a device that can join a video call.
  • The price is ₹249 per seat, in Indian rupees, plus 18% GST — ₹293.82 payable. Seats are limited and are confirmed in the order payments are received.
  • The workshop is a learning session. It doesn't guarantee an internship, job or interview.
  • The 4-week programme and interviews mentioned on this site aren't open yet and aren't part of this booking.

Booking and payment

  • Your seat is booked once your payment succeeds. You'll see a confirmation on screen, and Razorpay emails you a receipt.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Please give accurate details when you book. We use them to send you workshop information.

Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds

Fees are non-refundable, but you can move your seat to a later batch once. If we cancel or postpone a batch, you can choose a later batch or a full refund. The details are in our refund and cancellation policy.

At the workshop

  • Please be respectful to the trainers and other participants. We may ask anyone who disrupts the session to leave, without a refund.
  • Workshop materials are for your personal learning. Please don't record, copy or share them without our written permission.

Liability

We run the workshop with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you book applies to that booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction over any disputes.
