Refund and cancellation policy

Workshop fees are non-refundable
The workshop fee (₹293.82, including GST) isn't refunded if you cancel your booking or can't attend.
You can reschedule once
Can't make your batch? Email sachin.halesh@schopferretail.com with your payment ID before your workshop starts. We'll move your seat to a later batch, once, as long as seats are available.
If we cancel or postpone
If we cancel or postpone a batch, you can choose a seat in a later batch or a full refund.
Payment problems
If money was deducted but you didn't get a booking confirmation, or you were charged twice, email sachin.halesh@schopferretail.com with your payment ID. We'll confirm your seat or refund the extra payment.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
